Quartz resistances manufactured by Corel have many advantages in relation to some kinds of conventional heating. Among these advantages we may highlight the uniformity of heated area, almost instantaneous heating-cooling (meaning more savings in electric power); also, infrared rays are safe and free from harmful ultraviolet and x-ray radiations.
Heath transmission through infrared radiation is a non-contact system that may be operated without a transmission media, like air, being perfect for vacuum applications. With quartz resistances we are able to create panels in different formats, including with radiating elements up to 1500 mm. Among its virtually infinite application fields, we can highlight the following areas: automobile, textile, glass, wood, mechanical, moulds, tanning industries, etc.
Also applied in processes requiring full precision and control, such as: drying, evaporation, curing, softening, dilatation, tempering, syntherization, gluing, impregnation, vacuum-forming, furnaces, etc;
Corel also develops special projects, according to the client's needs.
