Quartz resistances manufactured by Corel have many advantages, compared to some kinds of conventional heating. Among these advantages we may highlight the uniformity of the heated area and almost instantaneous heating-cooling (meaning more savings in electric power); also, infrared rays are safe and free from harmful ultraviolet and x-ray radiations.
Heath transmission through infrared radiation is a non-contact system that may be operated without a transmission media, like air, being perfect for vacuum applications. With quartz resistances we are able to create panels in different formats, including with radiating elements up to 2000 mm wide. Among its virtually infinite application fields, we can highlight the following areas: automobile, textile, glass, wood, mechanical, moulds, tanning industries, etc.
